What if you could give any physical object a story simply by sticking a barcode on it and appending a message to that barcode? The message could be a photo, a text message, a video, or a voice note. All anyone would need to unlock the message is a phone with a special barcode scanning app. The barcode in a greeting card, for instance, could trigger a video message from the sender.

Hulu has it’s own 50 camera Truman Show show ya heard? What’s interesting about it is how integrated and interactive the entire thing is. Watch live streams from anywhere in the house, watch live concerts in the Pepsi room, tweet the cast, or just plain stalk them.

After battling their music label over allowing them to make their videos embed-able, they’ve reproduced the original video (with sponsor) and are launching it tonight at 7pm EST. Puma is releasing a solar soaking Pumaphone thats interface extends the brand with apps like sarcastic calculator, turntable, pedometer, and Dylan. Nicely done campaign for the new MyCoke site. Note the use of contests, twitter buzz, facebook app, iphone app, videos, games, wallpapers, and more. I don’t think they missed a thing and it’s a good example of tying together a wide array of mediums.
