Google has started using them and now it seems Facebook is starting to test them out. They’re like barcodes that store information too. You could say, dynamically pull someone’s status updates from their T-Shirt. Ok, well, there are some better examples of uses in the linked article but just know they’re starting to show up in a lot more places.

Or which two of your friends have similar features. Or that you have a lot of pictures of the same person. Or that you only have one picture of someone. What will they think of next?

The content is refreshed and fed in and users can click on aspects of the content to view or play it back all on the page. It’s a pretty cool way to show stuff off.
